Your ID is created online
ID Services
Before embarking on creating an ID make sure you have the serial code number of your BTS-related facebook group/Club handy as this number will verify your affiliated identity with the association. You can refer to the sample image below where the serial code number can be found.
QR code generator
Click the QR code button above to access the website for the QR code generator.
Create an account then log in. Once logged in follow the steps found on the illustration for vCard type below. Use the card code: #CC3EF7 for the purple color vCard design.
This QR code will be your quick response identity for the ID. Create one, download it, copy and paste it onto your generated ID or onto your business card. This step is optional.
INSTRUCTIONS: Click the small arrow at the vCard button, this will access the informations needed for generating QR code.
NOTE: In filling up the information for Job title, type in MEMBER if affiliate member or ADMIN if you are the admin of the facebook page /group.
INSTRUCTIONS: download the QR code generated after filling up all informations needed and put aside to paste on creating your ID card.
Affliliate ID
Click on the ID maker button above to access the site on creating an ID online.
Keep your serial code handy as this is where you will incorporate it.
Follow the steps found on the illustration.
After you have generated the ID, copy and paste the QR code at the center of the ID below your name, an example of the generated ID is found below.
Confirmation of affiliation
as individual member
After generating your Affiliate ID you are now ready to confirm your affiliation with us. Just click the button below to register your confirmation.
After registering your confirmation as individual member, go to facebook official group of the association and join for membership. The group Maknae-Hyung Association will be our discussion group of projects and developments together.

Confirmation of affiliation
as a Group/page
Although your group/page is automatically affiliated with the association due to qualifications of having more than 1000 followers and exceeding 250 members, as an admin, you still need to make some few steps to complete this confirmation for uniformity purposes of affiliation identity with our organization. You will be changing the web address and username of your group and page respectively. Please take note that the following Affiliate ID numbers or affiliate serial code numbers starting from 202101-202157 are reserved already, so claim the next available code: 202508 (refer to Affiliate ID# reserve button below for availability updates or go to the official facebook page of IMHA and find the reserved numbers on the pinned post )

In confirming your affiliation as a group/page here are the steps:

For group confirmation
(This step applies only to groups with members not more than 5000
NOTE: Those groups with more than 5000 facebook members, please claim for a Certificate of Confirmed Affiliation after you have confirmed your facebook page for the affiliation with us.
Groups who don't have a page, for your option, please apply for crossposting/Affiliate partnership with BTS-BANGTAN Sonyeondan Gracie's Fan Page as the first Confirmed Affiliated Page of the International Maknae-Hyung Association. Click Fan Page button to send them a message here for the request. There will be more confirmed facebook page in the future.

PAGE CONFIRMATION
This section will show you how to confirm your page with the association. The customized username and description indicated in your page settings will further verify your confirmation of affiliation with us. So here are the steps.

First go to your page account, on the left side scroll down and find page setup, click on it and it will lead you to another window. From the page setup window find NAME and click on it.
