ID Services
Before embarking on creating an ID make sure you have the serial code number of your facebook group/Club handy as this number will verify your affiliated identity with the association. You can refer to the sample image below where the serial code number can be found.
QR code generator
Click the button found on the upper right corner of the image to access the website for the QR code generator.
Create an account then log in. Once logged in follow the steps found on the illustration below.
This QR code will be your quick response identity for the ID. Create one, download it, copy and paste it onto your generated ID or onto your business card. This step is optional.
Affliliate ID
Click on the button found on the upper left corner of the image to access the site on creating an ID online.
Keep your serial code handy as this is where you will incorporate it.
Follow the steps found on the illustration.
After you have generated the ID, copy and paste the QR code at the center of the ID below your name, an example of the generated ID is found below.
Confirmation of affiliation
as individual member
After generating your Affiliate ID you are now ready to confirm your affiliation with us. Just click the button below to register your confirmation.
After registering your confirmation as individual member, go to facebook official group of the association and join for membership. The group Maknae-Hyung Association will be our discussion group of projects and developments together.
This completes your confirmation as individual affiliated member with the association and we welcome you as ARMY SUPPORTERS...
Confirmation of affiliation
as a Group/page
Although your group/page is automatically affiliated with the association due to qualifications of having more than 1000 followers and exceeding 250 members, as an admin you still need to make some few steps to complete this confirmation for uniformity purposes of affiliation identity with our organization. You will be changing the web address and username of your group and page respectively. Please take note that the following Affiliate ID numbers or affiliate serial code numbers starting from 202101-202157 are reserved already, so claim the next available code: 202558 (refer to Affiliate ID# reserve button below for availability updates)

In confirming your affiliation as a group/page here are the steps:

For group confirmation
(This step applies only to groups with members not more than 5000
NOTE: Those groups with more than 5000 facebook members, please request for a Certificate of Confirmed Affiliation after you have confirmed your facebook page for the affiliation with us. Groups who don't have a page, for your option please apply for crossposting/Affiliate partnership with BTS-BANGTAN Sonyeondan Gracie's Fan Page as the first Confirmed Affiliated Page of the International Maknae-Hyung Association. Step One

Open the group settings. Once opened scroll to find the website address and click the pencil icon for edit.

Step Two
When you clicked your group, scroll down a bit and find group settings, click on it and a pop-up window will show where you can find the web address. From the web address box customize it and type in army.supporters.202158
( refer to Affiliate ID # reserve button above for availability of number). The words "army.supporters." must always come before the digits when creating the Affiliate ID for groups, this will identify your affiliate category with us. The first four digits at the end of the website address is the year you registered your affiliation with us. The last two digits is the order of number facebook groups have database with us. So, this means that 202157 have been taken/or reserved and will no longer be available on facebook so you will have to start with this order 202158, then the next group will be 202159,202160, 202161 and so forth. If you will register in the year 2022, then the serial code number you will have to customize it with will start from 202213, then next will be 202214, 2022015 and so forth. (NOTE: 202501-7 is reserved for BTS members. Thank you.)

NOTE: facebook features will only allow you to customize this until you have 5000 members, but if you already have more than 5000 members there is no need to customize it anymore. A group of more than 5000 members is categorized to a different entity in our database which is still under proposal/development stage with facebook and mostly their Affiliate ID numbers are reserved in our database with us.

For page confirmation
This section will show you how to confirm your page with the association. The customized username and description indicated in your page settings will further verify your confirmation of affiliation with us. So here are the steps.

Step One
First go to your page account, on the left side scroll down and find page setup, click on it and it will lead you to another window. From the page setup window find NAME and click on it.
Step Two
​
On the general page settings customize your username or code. Type example: "imha.202532" on the username box. The first four digits is the year you registered for confirmation and the last two digits are the sequence or order of the number of groups recorded in our database. This digits are called your Affiliate ID or serial code number. The acronym "imha" stands for International Maknae-Hyung Association and it must always be in front of the digits with a dot or period in between. Refer to the button above for reserved serial code numbers or affiliate ID numbers. Facebook will notify you if the serial code number or digits are taken. So for example if 202157 is taken or reserved, then use the next number 202158, then next will be 202159,202160 and so forth. If you will register with us on the year 2025, then you will have to start with claiming the serial code number 202513, then next will be 202514, 202515, 202516 and so forth.
NOTE: You must have the same Affiliate ID number as with your group, except those who applied for an Affiliate partnership with BTS-Bangtan Sonyeodan Gracie's Fan page.

This finally completes your confirmation of affiliation.
